Frequently Asked Questions

What is PaperConverter?

PaperConverter is a tool that allows you to convert your research articles, manuscripts, and documents from one format to another. This can be useful if you have a manuscript in one format and need to convert it to another format for submission to a different journal or conference. The program is designed to reformat your manuscript or article of any kind into desired output as exemplified. The intent of the program is to assist researchers and individuals to save time and effort. We have taken all precautions to prevent the program generating AI aided information. The author must make sure the content of the converted manuscript or article did not distort any information stated in the original manuscript. PaperConverter does not take any responsibility for any distorted information or any AI aided information in the output format.

What do I need?

You will need your completed manuscript or article (it can be in a variety of formats), and an example of a manuscript or article you want it to become as an output. For example, if you want to convert your current manuscript to nature immunology format, provide an example of nature immunology article from the journal (HTML or DOCX).

What are the limitations?

It will not format any of the images or graphs. But, it may suggest where to place images based on your original manuscript layout. The outputs are raw text that you need to mark up and add links to in word before sending it off.

How much does it cost?

It's free during beta (right now).
